The rendered process chart depicts the information pertaining to the manufacturing of wool by using sheep’s fur as a raw material.
It is crystal clear that initially, all the sheep’s are reared until they got enough fur on their skin. Secondly, removal of all the fur is done which is called shearing. Next, the fur is washed in order to remove all the unwanted particles and dirt from the fur. In the next step, the cleaned fur is kept in sunlight to let it dry completely. Post this, fur is spinned with the help of special machine in order to make the fine wool. Subsequently, the wool and string are kept different where string goes for recycling.
Talking about the rest of the details, in the next step, tufts of wool are made from the spinner wool. In the next stage, the all tufts are stored properly in the shelves before converting them into the balls of yarn. Furthermore, balls of yarn are ready to sell in the market for the knitting purpose or some woolen goods are made from the balls of yarn which includes carpets and jackets as the final product.
Overall, it is a man-made process which starts at the rearing of sheeps and ends at production of yarn balls or woolen products.
