Overall, the manufacturing procedure follows a linear structure, which includes 9 main steps, commencing with bamboo cultivation, and culminating in finished items.
At the initial stage, bamboo plants are planted at plantations in spring. Once mature, the bamboo shoots are manually harvested by workers in autumn. Following this, the obtained plants are then chopped into narrow strips, and mechanically pounded into a liquid pulp.
Furthermore, the resulting pulp subsequently undergoes a filtration process in order to separate long fibers from liquid contents. At the next stage, a combination of water and amine oxide is added to the filtered fibers, softening them during the chemical treatment. Next, the fibers are spun to produce yarn, the threads of which then get woven to form fabric. Finally, the fabric is sewn into clothing, completing the manufacturing process.
