The diagram illustrates the steps involved in the process of producing a smoked fish. Overall, the process consists of several stages, starting with collection and transportation, salting and smoking, and ending with distrubution to final consumers.
First, the fishs are catched and transported to ports, where those are frozen. After that, fishes are put in fresh water, in the next stage it being cut and located in salt water where coloring process is taking place.
Finally, the fishs undergo the process of smoking in relevant equipments, the following step is packaging, freezing and keeping in cold stores. At the end of the process, the smoked fished are distributed to fish shops for selling to final users.
