The diagram illustrates the process of energy generation by wind and how the energy is delivered to the consumer. Overall, there are at least five stages in the process from finding a suitable location to transporting the electricity to the consumers.
The first step is to find a suitable location to place platforms, which involved a rotor and three blades. Following this, the rotor and blades start to turn by wind. Once the rotor and blades have been rotated, the generator will spin and create electrical output. After this, the transformer may either convert raw electricity to a useable form, which is from 700 to 38,000 volts, or save the electrical output into storage batteries when there is no wind to turn the generator so that we still can use electricity from the batteries.
The final step is to deliver the electrical output to the consumers using high-tension lines so that the public can utilise it for their daily needs.
