The diagram shows the process that involved in the production of bricks for the building companies.
Overall, this process consists of four main stages: sorting, forming, drying and supplying.
Firstly, the process starts with the “Mining” stage, where digger mines the clay from the ground. Following this, in the “separation” stage mined clay goes to separation machine, where metal grid separate clay from rocks and debris. In the next stage, the pure clay is mixed with sand and water to make the “mixture” for the bricks. After that, machine forming bricks by two methods: molding and wire cutting.
After the “Forming” stage, bricks is drying in drying oven for 24 to 48 hours, where temperature rises to 1300 degrees and then the cooling chamber cools the bricks in 2-3 days. Finally, manufacture starts the “Packaging” stage, where finished bricks are packed into cubes for the safe transportation and loaded into truck for future supplying for building companies.
