The chart illustrates the process required to produce bricks for the building industry.
Overall, the production of bricks can be divided into three clear stages, including the collection of clay, treatment, and packaging. Moreover, the process requires a number of specialized equipment such as digger, metal grid, wire cutter, cooling chamber, and giant oven while clay is primary material.
The manufacturing process begins with digger collecting the clay which is filtered through a metal grid. While being on the roller, supplements like sand and water are added, after which the clay is shaped into a form of bricks either by cutting with wire or by filling moulds.
After forming, the bricks are placed into the oven where they dry, after which, bricks are heated in the temperature from 200C to 1300C for 48 to 72 hours. Havung done, the bricks are ready to be packaged and transported to building companies.
