The process diagram illustrates the making procedure of bricks and these are used in constructing building. From diggering clay to delivering marketable bricks included in this process.
To begin with collecting clay by using digger, after that the clay put into a roller for separating metal grid and pure clay. This step is crucial for acheiving proper bricks and then, the clay transfer into a mold. While transfering to the mold, the sand and water should be mix with the clay and the next step is to cut the resource into the shape of bricks by using a wire. After that, the shaped bricks are placed in a oven for drying and this step took around twenty four to fourty eight hours.
After drying the bricks, it turned into the kiln process and this stage took two alternative temperature method. Firtly, kiln has done in 200 to 980 degree celcius which is used as moderate temperature and secondly, it has done in 870 to 1300 degree celcius which is taken as high temperature. Next, the bricks are stored in cooling chamber within 48 to 72 hours.
In conclusion, the bricks are packaged and lastly, these are delivered to the industry.
