The diagram represents step-by-step production of bricks for the construction sector.
Overall, the bricks manufacturing process involves 7 steps. Commencing with digging the clay followed by mixing sand with water and concluding with packaging for delivery.
The process begins with extracting mud with the help of digger machine and fermented it on metal grid with the aid of a roller. Subsequently, sand and water is used to make a mixture and it is shaped into bricks with the help of mould or wire cutter and kept for a cooling in a cooling chamber for 48-72 hours on high and moderate temperature with 870-1300 degree celsius and 200-980 degree faranhite in a cooling machine.
Thereafter, the bricks are put into an oven for the drying process for 24-48 hours; after bricks are ready to pack. Then, the bricks are packed into packages and then delivered by delivery truck to the final destination, which is the bricks building industry.
