The process begins with extracting with clay with the help of digger machine and fermented on metal grid with a aid of roller. Subsequently send on water used to make mixture and is shaped into the bricks with the help of mould and wire cutter and kept for cooling into cooling chamber on 48-70 to hours on high and motor temperature with 870 degree celsius to 1300 degree celsius and 200 degree celsius to 990 degree celsius in a cooling machine.

There after, the bricks are put into oven for drying process for 24-48 hours after that bricks are ready to pack . Thenafter, the bricks are packed into packages and then I delivered by delivered truck to final destination which is building industry.
