The maps show the underground tunnel plan from two different cities which is located in Australia.
The tunnels have many differences in making, especially the layout. Those tunnels have a different size and capacity. However, the differences can be sighted places which that tunnels are built. The similarity is the tunnel planted underground and can be through by vehicles.
In the terms of the first picture of the tunnel, it is built under the bridge, and which means the original land on its surroundings is sand. The establishment of the road is formed like a curve so the cars will go under the sea level and surpass the stream. The tunnel’s length is 2.2 kilometres in a depth of 1.5 metres under the seal level. There are two ways track inside it, and each way can fit to two cars only. It was built in 1986-1998 and spent $555 million.
Regarding the second city that have a tunnel under it, the tunnel establishment started in 2002 and finished in 2006. It cost $1.1 billion to built it. The tunnel has two paths inside it, and the capacity of each path is three cars. It is origins base is from store and clay. Whereas, on the top of the tunnel, some buildings are there throughout the underground tunnel. The measurement of the tunnel, have a 3.6 kilometres of long road and it is built 2.5 metres under the ground-face level. The shape of the tunnel it is long flat tube.
