The maps illustrate the current appearance of the industrial site and the future layout of new accommodations.
Overall, the manufacturing complex is planned to transform into modern apartment buildings with dramatic changes.
The present area is industrialized, with the yard centrally placed. The entrance and reception are located along Chimney Road on the northern edge of the site. There is a large factory in the eastern part of the place. On the opposite side of that are packing and storage buildings. In the south, there is a row of offices, adjacent to which is a canteen.
In the future, the location is expected to turn into contemporary housing with communal gardens. The entrance and reception will be demolished in order for a line of two-bedroom houses and communal gardens attached to them to be established. The factory, along with packing and storage buildings, are predicted to be knocked down to introduce new amenities, including a parking area and apartments accompanying three- and four-bedroom houses, respectively. The introduction of parking garages will necessitate the removal of offices. The last new addition to the residential area will be private roads on three sides connected at the center of the area, and residents can use any of them to commute daily.
