The diagrams illustrate the transformation of an industrial site into a residential area.
Overall, original industrial site was relatively simple, consist of a factory a canteen, offices and parking facilities, and a large central yard. In contrast, the second site has been completely redeveloped into a modern residential complex with houses apartements, communal gardence and private roads.
In the first diagram, the factory was located on the eastern side of the site, opposite the parking area on the western side. The entrance and reception were positioned in fron of the office buildings, with a canteen situated nearby. A large yard occupied the centre of the industrial area. In the revised layout, the factory offices and yard were removed and replaced by residential buildings. Three two-bedroom houses were constructed on the northern side, alongside communal gardens and parking garages. Additionally, three and four bedroom houses were built on the western side, where the parking area had previoisly been located. The factory yard was converted into private roads and a block of apartements was added on the south-eastern corner of the site.
