Overall, it is clear that there was a significant alteration in the structure of Felix Stone, particularly, in the development of social facilities and health services. It is also worth mentioning that Dunes, Golf course and the High street surrounded with shops remained more or less unchanged.
Looking at the details, at first, its view was simple. There were a Golf course and a high street which was situated between shops in the north in 1967. Meanwhile, Felix Stone accommodated a Farmland in the north-eastern part. In the central area, there was a hotel with a cafe beside it. Moreover, a fish market, Marina and a Pier were placed in eastern side with Dunes in the West in 1967.
However, in 2001, Felix Stone altered significantly, especially, with the introduction of a car park as well as a building that included a swimming pool, tennis court and hotel. Furthermore, fish market, Marina and pier were all replaced by a big private beach. Although the Café remained unchanged, a large public beach was established in the south part of Felix Stone.
