The two pictures illustrate changes that took place in Felix Stone between 1967 and 2001. Overall, it is clear from the pictures that the Felix Stone experienced multiple major transformations becoming much more modern over the given period. The main enhancements are the introduction of private beach and recreational center in the east
Looking more closely at the southern part of the map, we can see that wind turbines have been installed in the location where one of the two dunes originally stood, and one of the four trees had been removed. Additionally, the nearby hotel has been minimized and a large car park was added. Fish market, marina and pier have been removed to make a way for public beach at southernmost part of the map and the private beach at the southeastern corner.
Moving to the north, the farmland was converted into recreational center which includes a swimming pool, a hotel and a tennis court. Apart from these changes, all other structures, including the golf course, the shops around High street in the south, and the cafe in the center of the map remained unchanged throughout the given period
