The provided diagrams display the parts of the Orion spacecraft before and after it is assembled.
Overall, the rocket consists of several separate parts, whereas the assembled spacecraft is a single, more compacted construction. The fuel tank, engine and boosters are not visible outside of the final version, while solar panels are the only new components.
First of all, before assembly, the Orion rocket consists of 2 modules – crew and service, and the former one has also a launch escape system together with it. The fuel tank is orange in color and is located right beneath the service module. The engine is situated underneath the rocket. It also has 2 solid white rocket boosters that are not yet attached to the construction.
The final Orion spacecraft can be characterised as stretched shape construction with sharpened end. After being assembled, the crew module and launch escape system are separated; while the former is inside, the latter is attached to the spacecraft. Similarly, the service module is secured to the end of the construction. Looking at new details, the solar panels are added on two sides.
