The diagram illustrates how bamboo plants are used to manufacture fabric.
Overall, bamboo fabric manufacturing is a half-automated linear process which consists nine stages: beginning with planting and harvesting bamboo, followed by cutting and crushing it, then making fibres after filtering and softening, and making fabric to create clothes at the end.
At first, bamboo plants are planted in spring. And then, in autumn once they matured, they are harvested by human. After that, they are cut into strips with a special machine. Futher, strips are crushed to make liquid pulp, which is made by using filter to separate long fibres from liquid. Then, to make soften fibres, water and amine oxide are added. After bamboo becoming soften fibres, it is spinned into balls to further use. In the next stage, spinned balls weaved to make fabric. And finally, fabric are ready to use for making different types of clothes.
