The presented diagram illustrates the process of how raw materials for ceramic tiles are prepared, and the steps included in producing them.
Overall, this is a seven staged, man-made, and linear process that begins with combining clay with water by mixing together and ends with manufactoring ceramic tiles that can be useful in every constructions.
To begin, digged clay mixes inside the mixer with water and grinds for the purpose on producing moist slurry. Afterwards, the moist slurry departs to filter press machine in order to remove moisture from the mixture. The removed moisture puts inside spray dryer, while this process have finished, tile press machine normaliazes shape of moist slurries.
Moving to the next step, all moist slurry undergo to the drying chamber and heats around 100 and 200 degrees, for 1 to 3 days. Following this, the moist coating apply by glazing machine. After this, kiln heats all raw material between 1000 and 2000 Celsius, only for half hour. As a result, the cooled down ceramic tiles are ready to use in every construction works.
