The picture illustrates the production of cement and how cerment use as a component in construction.
Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that there are five key stages in cerment-making process, beginning with crushing raw materials and ending with packaging of cerment. While in concrete production is a mixture of 4 different materials.
Looking at the first picture, it starts with crushing limestone and clay into powder. This powder is then mixed before being passed the rotating heater to be heated in high temperature. After that, this mixture is become cerment by passing through the grinder. The cerment is finally packaged into a bags and ready to consume.
In term of the second diagram, raw materials, which include 15% cerment,10% water, 25% sand and 50% gravel, are put into a concrete mixer. This equipment is rotating to blend all the materials together. The finished concrete from this process can be used in building purposes
