Provided diagrams illustrate steps involved in the process of making cement and producing concrete with the usage of it
Overall the whole process consists of several stages, starting with the pressing limestone and clay and finishing with the mixture of gravel and sand.
In the initial stage, powder is obtained by smashing limestone and clay into tiny pieces by crusher. In the following step mixer is used in order to get a mixture. Due to the heat below, its temperature is rising continuously inside the rotating heater. The final product is grinded in order to get cement which is kept in special bags.
With the purpose of producing concrete, cement which we obtained in the previous stage, sand, gravel and water is poured into the concrete mixer. Concrete mainly consists of gravel and sand which contains three quarters of it. Other crucial components are water and cement that we obtained before, which makes 25 percent of the final product.
