The given diagram illustrates the steps and tools that is used in the cement-making process and how cement is used to manufacturat concrete for building.
Overall, there are four stages of how cement is produced, beginning with raw materials such as limestone and clay and ending with cement is packed in bags.
To begin with, the limestone and clay are being crushed by the the crusher. When the materials are crushed into powder, they are transported to the mixer and being heated up when they go through rotating heater. After that, the mixture trans is transfered into cement after being grinded by the grinder. In the end of the process, these cements are being packed into bags.
Looking at the second diagram, the cement are used to produce concrete. The mixture including 15% of cement, 10% of water, sand accounted for 25% and gravel for 50%. They are being mixed in the concrete mixer and at the end it become concrete that are used for building purposes.
