Once mixed, the material is flowed into rotating heater chamber. This stage, material undergoes a thorough rotation and heating with fire. Following stage, grinding is applied which out from the rotating heater. The finally, cement is ready packed to the bags before used for construction.
The process making concrete begin with the ingredient preparation. There are four material and a stuff mixer. They are consists of, the largest portion accounting for gravel 50%, a quarter of sand, 15% of cement and ten percent of water. Those all are mingled in concrete mixer. A thorough mixing process the concrete is ready.
