The two images illustrate the stages and machines engage in the process of making cement and the application of cement in producing concrete for construction.
Overall, there are a total of 6 steps in manufacturing cement, commencing with a mixture of limestone and clay and ending with packaging cement in a bag, which takes 15% of the materials in creating concrete.
The process begins with the mixture of limestone and clay through a crusher. Once the compliment turns into powder, it is conveyed into a mixer into a rotating heater. Subsequently, under the heat from fire, the mixture transfers into its liquid state before being grinded into cement. Finally, the product is stored in bags.
Moving on to the production of concrete, a 15% portion of cement from the process is combined with water, sand, and mostly gravel. Afterwards, the concrete mixer rotates clockwise to thoroughly mix all the materials and generate concrete for buildings.
