In overall, it is evident that the linear procedure of cement and concrete production consists of seven stages from crushing the limestsone and clay in crusher to cement, water, gravel and sand are mixed in concrete mixer machine.
In terms of enunciating initial stage of the cement making procedure, the limestone and clay must be put into a crusher. Then, they are transformed into a powder. After mixing them in a mixer, the powder is heated and rotated in order to grind them by grinder into cement. In the subsequent stage, the cement is being packed into bags.
With regards to expounding consecutive stages, the cement, water, gravel and sand are put into concrete mixer machine. The mixer should be contained 15 percent of cement, 10 percent of water, 25 percent of sand and 50 percent of water. In the final stage, they are well mixed so as to concrete production.
