Overall, it is clear that the process begins with providing water from a storage, whereas ending stage is proposed to send waste and storm water to the water treatment plant instead of polluting the river with storm water.
At present, it can be seen that, dam provides pure drinking water to households, factories, retail markets, and urban areas, while the waste water from both the dam and consumers is sent to the water treatment plants. It is also evident that the consumers of pure water supplies throw the storm water to the river.
In the future, this system is predicted to be developed to protect the river, by purifying and treating either the storm water and waste liquids with plants. The storage is going to stop producing wastes and is set to provide only clean water to the consumers in the city, therefore the only cause of waste liquid will remain as homes and facilities in the city. Finally, water treatment plants will be introduced as a new source of purified water supply.
