The group of pictures below illustrate the way in which plastic bottles are recycled.
Overall, the procedure consists of nine stages. At the beginning, bottles are delivered into recycling center on the trucks. At the final step, end products are created via resulting raw material.
First of all, people throw away waste plastic products in a special container with a recycling mark. Later, special truck collects garbage from trash cans and delivers the content to the recycling center. Then sorting takes place, where specialists choose suitable bottles on the conveyor.
After that, elements are compressed into big squared blocks under pressure. Subsequently, these blocks undergo the process of crushing with special mechanism. The resulting shavings are put in the water, and washed.
In the next stage, the particles are loaded into machine, producing plastic pellets. Further, pellets are hit at high temperature. Thus, raw material is received. Following this, it is used for producing many different things, for example: t-shirts, packages, pencils and bottles.
