The diagram describes a sequence of steps involved in the process of growing and preparing pineapples and pineapple products. Overall, the ways pineapples are grown and prepared are relatively straightforward, involving an agricultural process with little human work. Notably, the process can be divided into two main stages: cultivating pineapple and its preparation for the further purposes.
The first stage of planting and producing pineapple and its further products focuses on growing period. To begin with, the distance between pineapple crowns is measured that usually requires 26cm. After being measured, it commence the first pediod of planting, proceeding 7 months under the sun, whose temperature reaches 23-30 degrees. As a result of which the plant is watered by ethylene in order to reach the final result at 30cm and 2 kg after 5 months.
The second stage, preparation of the final product requires distribution of the fruit, relying on its size. Once the scale is chosen, the smallest one is used to produce the juice, cutting off the excess skin and then passing through the extractor, separating the juice from the pulp. The medium fruit is used as canned product, in order to make which, the pineapple is cut off the excess again, but also is formulated a circle shape, shaping it into rings. The largest product is used to export, involving wax and packaging processes, thanks to which it completely prepared for delivery.
