Overall, the prices for city A was more than city B in 2010 and 2015 and also the future housing rates of 2025 were higher for city A than city B. Furthermore, the people who owned houses were more than the rented ones in 2010 and 2015.
To commence with, in 2015, the prices for city A was 500k, which was higher than the prices of city B showing above 200k, as compared to the rates in 2010 for city A and city B showed above 300k and above 100k respectively. However, the rates which are predicted for 2025 are above 700k for city A and approximately 400k for city B.
Moreover, the houses which are purchased by the age group of 30-35 years in 2010 was 70%, whereas the rented homes were 30%. Also in the year 2015 the owned houses were 80%, which was more than the houses on rent showing 20%.
