Overall, it can be clearly seen that the number of train passengers rose slightly overthe period, while the proportion of trains running on the time compared with the target fluctuated reaching hoghs and lows.

In detail, in 2000 the amount of train passengers was 36(in million). Then its increased slowely to 40(in million) 2002. After that it declined to above 35(in million) in 2004, in contrast from 2004 it rose speedily to 46(in million) in 2005. While in 2008 it reduced slowely to 41(in million). Then it decreased singnificantly 39(in million) in 2008, lastly it reached to 41(in million) due to slight rose.

In contrast, in 2000 the percentage of trains running on time was 92.00. Then it rose slightly to 996.00 in 2004. Then it declined quickely to 92.00 in 2006. After that there was a rapid rose occur and reached to 97.00 and then it was remained unchanged in 2009.
