We can see 3 different tables, and each of them contains changea in thw total population of New York City and 5 districts. As we can see on the first table, which shows changea in the population of New York City, there is quite a big difference in 1800 and 2000 years. In 1800 New York City wasn’t that big and well-developed, and there is also was not much people around the world, so it has a 79,216 people living in it. But as the times flew by, the city had gotten bigger, so the population suddenly grew and still continuing growing until nowadays.
The other two tables contain the difference in population of the Manhattan and other districts of the city, such as Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens, Staten Island. As we can see in the first table, in 1800 Manhattan had a 60515 citizens, which is a 76% of total population. But, however, as we can see in the next row of this table, even though the population increased, the total percentage was slowly taking a downfall, as a Manhattan contained only 54% of total population. The downgrade did not stop here: by the year of 2000, the population, all of a sudden, dropped by a 300000 people, now having only 19% of a whole population. The table beneath this one shows us an information about a different districts, which had a big blow up in a percentages, having really great increase(around 60%) over a 200 years.
This tables show us, how people vere slowly migrating all over the New York, as city was growing and having more different options in a places to settle down that earlier.
