In the subsequent step, the clips are sorted manually into two groups, which consist of single and mixed colors. This task is carried out by workers who visually inspect the products and separate them accordingly. Following this, products are inspected for the second time so that they are divided into the right categories, ensuring that both colour arrangement and overall quality meet the factory’s standards.
Having passed the quality assurance, paper clips are packed and prepared for distribution. Finally, the finished products are placed into boxes, labeled, and stored before being transported to retailers or customers.
