The flowchart represents how small coloured plastic paper clips are produced in a small factory.
Overall, the whole process involves 9 stages, where the major are colouring, controlling the quality by the machine, sorting, controlling the quality of the final clips, and shipping.
The production of plastic paper clips begins with the molting stage. As soon as this step is done, the plastic is coloured into three colours: red, blue and yellow mould. Afterwards, there is a quality control check for strength, which is performed by the machine. If the quality is not satisfying, the plastic is rejected for the further manufacturing.
It continues with the sorting step, which is performed by using hands. Consequently, the mixed colors are sorted separately from the single-color ones. In addition, other plastic slip papers are also sorted by using the same technique. Furthermore, it moves to the second quality control where both mixed and single colours are checked. Ultimately, the slips are finally produced and ready for the packing and despatching.
