The image depicts maps of Stamdorf in 1985 and 2015. In 1985, the area includes a field on the left, scattered small round-shaped inns, rivers, trees, a straight diagonal Arlington Road crossing top-left to bottom-right, and a factory near the road. By 2015, prominent changes are noted with the introduction of Housing Estate 1 on the left near the field, Thames River along the bottom-left side, Arlington Road remaining constant, Housing Estate 2 on the bottom right, increased buildings around the central area next to the river, and proliferation of more structures, roads, and possibly commercial establishments replacing former trees and small inns seen in 1985.

The following diagram represents changes in the infrastructure of the English village called Stamdorf after the 30-year period. Overall, the differences between 1985 and 2015 show that village was improved gradually.
It is clearly seen that the Factory was replaced by the Industrial zone, and moved to the Northwest, as well as Field, which used to be closer to the Arlington Road. Moreover, in 1985 village only had a few Small roadside inns, in contrast, in 2015 it was developed by building new residential areas, such as Housing Estate and Industrial Stuff Character. But, the Small roadside inns were not removed, the were simply shifted to the East.
It is worth noticing that Stamdorf would have only palms, however, in 2015 a huge mount of fir trees and pines were planted. The bridge over the river was also reconstructed: in 1985 it was made of wood, and now it has been replaced with steel.
