The line graph illustrates change of the number of house in the North,East and West of the regions of community over four quarters

Overall, it is evident from the date that house sales in the North significant fluctuations ,peaking sharply in the third quarter, while figures for the East and West remained relatively stable throughout the period.

Firstly, the North recorded both the highest and lowest values among the three regions. In the first quarter, house sales in the North were approximately 20 units, which was considerably lower than in the East around 45 and the West about 30.During the second quarter, sales in the North rose slightly to around 30, while the East remained almost unchanged at just under 50.

A dramatic change occurred in the third quarter, when house sales in the North surged to nearly 90, making it the highest figure on the graph. In constrast, the East saw a slight decline to around 45, and the West decreased marginally to approximately 33. However, in the final quorter, sales in the North fell sharply back to about 25
