Overall, in all three quarters, houses were sold consistently, with few fluctuations across all three regions. The East had the highest sales throughout the period, while the North accounted for the least.
In the first two quarters, all three regions showed an increase in sales. East had the highest sale which started at more than 40% and rose steadily to around 50%. While in the West and North regions, the number of houses bought began at 30% and 20% and increased approximately to 50% and 40% resapectively.
The third quarter showed a dramatic growth of sales for the North region, reaching 90% before falling to 20% in the fourth quarter. However, East and West experienced a downfall from the third quarter (around 45% and 35%) to the fourth quarter(over 40% and 30%).
