The maps describe the transformation which has taken place at the Clock Tower Roundabout in Dubai over the past decades.
Looking at the two maps, it is evident that there have been enormous developments happening at this place in Dubai, transforming it from a rural area to a more modern part of the city.
In the past, the area around the Clock Tower Roundabout looked desolate with very few buildings nearby. Besides, along the streets, there were lines of green trees for decorations and there were no people taking this route to get around.
However, this place now looks more developed with more high-rises having been erected. The streets in the present time are also full of vehicles, making the area around the roundabout look more vibrant and hectic. The trees along the streets have also been removed to make room for building construction. One feature that has remained the same, however, is the location of the clock tower roundabout. It is still located in the middle of the area with virtually no significant changes.
