As shown on the graph people that listen to music on streaming platforms has increased consistantly since 2013 on the other hand CD and downloads have delined. In the case of vinyl the number of sell has remained relatively stagnent but it has rose slightly in the 6 years period.
In 2013 CD was the most popular way of listening to music followed by downloading music from the internet with 60 and 30 million sales respectively, but in streaming tookover downloaded music in 2015, and CD sales in 2016, this treand continued in the same pattern and in 2018 it became the number one form of music consumption with 90 million streams, vinyl is the least favored way of leastening throughout the years but it has shown a small growth since 2013.
