In 2000, almost settlers stayed from 2 to 4 years at about 150 thousands while mere 50 thousands of them stayed at least 4 years. In 2008, after a dramatic increase in 2004, the amount of 2-year-stay people had overtaken the amount of ones who stay longer 2 years and reached a peak at around 250 thousands. Meanwhile, the figure of migrates who stayed 2 to 4 years and longer still fluctuated slightly at 150 and 50 thousands, respectively.
