Overall, the percentage of all workers and self-employed workers initially faced slight decline, after what both showed a significant rise, with slight decline of all workers at the end of the period. The percentage of manual workers experienced a sharp increase then showed a collapse. Notably, the percentage of professional workers fluctuated significantly during the period, however remained an unchanged at the end of the period.
Regarding self-employed worker the figure was initially at 6%, followed by the percentage of all workers at about 5%, both figures declined slightly in 1991, then showed a significant growth at about 12%, however in 1997 the percentage of all workers dropped gradually, accounting for 10%, whereas the percentage of self-employed workers remained stable.
As for manual worker, the percentage was at about 7%, after what showed a sharp increase from 1991 to 1993, however, in 1995 the category faced a sharp fall then experienced a stable decline by the end of the period, stood at approximately 10%. Turning to professional workers, the percentage experienced sharp fluctuations, however, at the end of the period the percentage remained an unchanged.
