The given chart illustrates the average housing prices in all parts of Pilmsburgh in 2005 and 2015. According to the given chart, there are five parts: waterfront, university park, uptown, and downtown.

Overall, the university park witnessed a significant rise in prices during the period. In contrast, the downtown and uptown experienced a plunge in prices, while the waterfront dropped slightly during the same period.

In 2005, the uptown district was the most expensive, accounting for 275$. In contrast, the waterfront was the lowest prices regstired 140$. In addition, the university park and down town districts were having a moderate prices scoring 200 $ and 175$ respectively.
