The graph illustrates the survey’s foundings about the number of participants for various activities at one social centre in two countries: Melbourne and Australia, between 2000 and 2020.
Overall, it is evident that the film club was the most popular during the given period of time, while the amateur dramatics were falling crucially.
To begin with, the martial arts were fluctuating throughout the years, and had around 40 participants. Meanwhile, the table tennis had only about 17 participants in 2000. However, in 2010, the numbers started increasing significantly and reached somewhere around 60 people by 2020. As an activity, the musical performances were established in 2005 and reached approximately 20 participants by 2020.
In contrast to the table tennis, amateur dramatics lost a significant proportion of its participants, even though it had more than 20 participants in 2000, while the table tennis had only around 17 participants in the same year. The film club had the leading role in the survey, and the number of its participants remained almost the same: about 62 participants in both 2000 and 2020.
