On the whole, there were upward trends in the number of participants for both table tennis and musical performances, while the figure for amateur dramatics saw a considerable decline. Another interesting point is that film clubs remained the most popular activity, with the largest number of participants throughout the period.

By contrast, the figure for amateur dramatics went in the opposite direction. Despite increasing steadily to 28 in 2005, the figure then started to fall substantially, finishing well under 10 in 2020. With respect to film clubs and martial arts, the number of participants in these two categories experienced mild fluctuations throughout the period, ending at roughly 65 and 35 in turn.
