Japanese office also have department manager which opposite and between two employeess’s table to minitor effecively employees. By constrast, American office have eight tables which are designed L-shaped for serves for an employee. Another interesting is manager areas are arranged in adjoining rooms on one side of the office which express private of both managers and employees.
Turning to other features, Japanese office have single windown and two doors behind the the department manager’s workspace. In comparion, offices in American have more sunlight by two windows on two sides and it have four doors in each corner of the room. There are many rooms for work such as photocopies, storage and two conference rooms in American offices which is more spacious than japanese office.
