The bar chart illustrates how many tonnes of coffee and tea were imported by four different countries. Overall, the amount of coffee imported was higher than that of tea in almost every country, except for the UK, which imported the largest amount of tea among the four countries.
As for the figures for tea import, that for the UK was the highest at 80000 tonnes, followed by Germany, which was only half of the amount of tea imported by the UK. Much less than those figures, Canada and the US just imported around 20000 tonnes of tea, 20000 tonnes less than Germany and 60000 tonnes less than the UK.
Regarding the amount of coffee which was imported by those countries, the highest figure was 50000 tonnes, which was witnessed in Germany. With 10000 tonnes less than that, only about 40000 tonnes of coffee was imported by both Canada and the US. In other words, Germany, Canada, and the US all imported higher amounts of coffee, compared to that of tea. The lowest amount of coffee (30000 tonnes) was imported by the UK, which was 50000 tonnes less than its figure for tea. This means the UK was the only country that imported less coffee than tea.
