The chart shows the figure for waste produced by three separate companies from 2000 to 2015.
Overall, it is clear that the amount of waste produced by company A and C witnessed a downward trend, while the opposite trend was true for that of the remaining company. In addition, during most of the period, the highest figure can be seen in company A.
In the initial year, the figure for waste produced by company A started at 12 tonnes (the highest figure in the graph), after which it experienced a dramatic decline to 9 tonnes in 2010, before ending the period at roughly 8 tonnes, remarkably lower than the starting point. Similar to the amount of waste produced by company B, it stood at approximately 8 tonnes in 2000, followed by which it reached a high of over 9 tonnes in 2005. From 2005 to 2010, this figure witnessed a subsequent dramatic decrease to around 7 tonnes and final drop to 3 tonnes at the end of the period.
Turning to the remaining company, over 3 tonnes of waste in company C in 2000, which experienced a substantial rise to 6 tonnes in 2005. Between 2005 and 2010, the amount of waste produced to increase to nearly 7 tonnes. Over the next 5 years this figure still increased and reached a high of over 9 tonnes
