The graphic demonstrate the average daily spend of three categories of international visitor to New Zealand from 1997 to 2017.
Overall, the graphic shows that the three categories under went a rather unstable trend through out the years. More importantly between the three categories the business category lead the overall graphic performance, next is the holiday category, lastly the visiting category.
Based on the graphic, in the earlier years it can be indicated that a majority of people visiting New Zealand is mainly for bussiness purposes rather than being a holiday nor visiting purposes. However, it is also specified that the general public visit New Zealand for bussiness and holiday purposes. Therefore, in the following years both categories seems to equal to eachother, even though both still sustain an unstable trend. On the other hand, the visiting graphic seems to experience a gradual drop in later years.
To sum it up, between the three graphic groups it is demonstrated that the general public typically stop by New Zealand for bussiness. As a result, they rarely stop by to visit friends or relatives and to take a rest.
