Overall, the average prices for Nickel and Copper decreased over the months, while for Zinc it went up. At the start of the year, changes in prices were most significant for Nickel. Copper had the most intense price variation in the middle of the period, but by the end, Zinc had the most significant price change.
With regard to Nickel, price variation for this metal started at 6 percent, then dropped drastically in June to -3, before growing significantly 6 months after. It remained steady untill the end of the year. Copper’s variation in prices began at 2, then the line fluctuated slightly and increased eventually in December.
On the other hand, the changes in prices were at the lowest point of 1 for Zinc compared to other metals with a considerable increase to 3. The figure fluctuated over the months to went up in December.
