First, the change of nickel had much volatility. In January, it reached the peak at six percent. In contrast, in June, it reached the lowest point at minus three percent.
Second, the price of nickel and that of zinc and copper moved samely, especially from April to November. Between April and June, they showed downward trends, whereas they plateaued from July to September. Moreover, there are upward trends from October to November. However, the volatility of copper’s price change was the smallest of the three.
Overall, they moved similarly during April and November in 2014. In contrast, the range of their change was different. Concretely, that of nickel was the widest, while that of copper was the narrowest of the three.
