Moreover, developed nation like Finland and Norway shows the equal representation of men and women in employment. While developing nations shows variation especially South Africa. Meanwhile, in comparison Chile women employment is half than the men.
It clearly states that developing nations like South Africa and Chile had an inequality in employment. Especially in Chile women working population is half of men which stood at 70%. On the other hand, in South Africa one in two workers are men and women are at 37%.
In Europe, Finland employment rate is quite different. Roughly seven in ten are men and over two thirds are women. Furthermore, Norway has a tremendous number of workers in men and women. Male workers are 79% and Female participation is three quarters in total.
