The chart gives information about questions the Tourist Information Office collected (in person, by letter/email, by telephone) in a city in half of the year 2011.
As can be seen in general, while there was a significant climb of inquiries in person and telephone, the opposite was true for those questioning by letter/email. Additionally, the figure for enquiries in person accounted for the highest figure.
In January, phone-call enquiring was the dominant selection with an amount of nearly 1000, as opposed to the figures for letter/postal and face-to-face held the second (775) and third (more than 400) largest number. Over the next 2 months, requests by telephone remained as the most commonly used method in comparison with the 2 others, at 1000 enquiries. At the same timeframe, the questions rate by in-person method experienced an upsurge to 800, surpassing the figure of merely 700 of the letter/email means.
From March to June, there was a steadiness of phone-call enquiries, which was followed by a skyrocket to 1600. Meanwhile, the number of face-to-face compliments witnessed a similar pattern, but later climaxed at the end of the stage. Within the same designated time, fewer people sent emails or letters to make questions.
