The graph illustrates the data about the number of queries received by the Tourist Information Office in a city over half a year period in 2011.

Overall, Enquiries received through telephone and in person was increased over six months period where as questions using letter/email was in a declining rate.

Firstly, In January majority of queries were gathered through telephone. Meanwhile, it fluctuated till April and started to increase for whole two months period. Till June, around 1600 questions were received through telephone by Tourist information center. However, Until January, queries received in person were quiet low in comparison to questions collected through letter and telephone. In January around 400 questions were gathered through personal visit, but in quarter period of time it almost doubled and till June it increased by approximately 5 times. Even though ,Letter/Email was second most doubts gathering source for tourist information office, it started to fall for straight five months reaching its number around 390 and remained constant for remaining 1 month.
